Easy Return & Refund
We offer a 30-day no-questions-asked return policy from the date you sign for the package. To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original condition, which includes the following:

Brand-new with original tags attached

Never worn, washed, or altered

Packaged in the original packaging
Once we receive your returned package, we will process your refund promptly. Please note that no refund will be issued until we have received and inspected the returned item(s).
Defective Items or Damaged Packages
If you receive a defective item, incorrect product, or a damaged package, including the following scenarios, please contact us for return or exchange assistance — we will cover all shipping costs for such cases:

Incorrect color, size, fabric, or pattern

Item does not match the product description

Package is broken or damaged upon receipt

Item is stained or damaged
Steps for returning/exchanging defective items:

Contact us to initiate the return or exchange process.

We will provide you with the official return address.

Ship the item back to us using the provided address.

Please send us the shipping tracking number after sending the package.

For returns: We will issue your refund once we receive and inspect the package. For exchanges: We will ship your new item once we receive and inspect the returned package.
Shipping Costs for Regular Returns
For regular returns (non-defective items), customers are responsible for covering the shipping cost to send the package back to us. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
